All interior design services are custom-made and tailored to each client. Because of this, refund conditions are limited and depend on project stage.

1. Deposit Payments

Initial deposits are non-refundable as they cover consultation, concept creation, and planning work.

2. Active Projects

• Completed stages are fully payable
• Work already delivered cannot be refunded

3. Cancellation Rules

If the client cancels:

• Before start → partial refund may be considered
• After start → refund only for unstarted stages

4. Studio Cancellation

If we are unable to continue the project, unused funds may be partially refunded.

5. Custom Work Clause

Since all work is individually designed and cannot be resold, refunds are strictly limited.
